Shipping Policy

We provide all shipping for free!

We do our absolute best to process and ship your purchase as quickly as possible. 

Most products will arrive within 5 to 10 days. However, do to variables out of our control, such as high demand of product, weather delay or a problem with the shipper, a delay in delivery can occur. With International orders, additional delays can be caused by customs or other unknown issues.

Where do we ship?

We currently only ship products to Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the USA.

Orders with Multiple Products

Individual products may at times be shipped  from different locations and may arrive separately and/or on different days.

Please allow 7 to 45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed, please email us at great.support@rareblooms.com to review the status of your order.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, Value-Added Tax (VAT) or other fees which may be incurred with your purchase. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. If you refuse a package after it has shipped and cleared by customs, we will deduct all fees associated with the package return from your refund.

Unfortunately, Rare Blooms has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Rare Blooms has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Rare Blooms is not responsible for any charges or actions taken by customs or the package delivery service.
